Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items:
Intricate Measures is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of the parcel service. All claims must be filed with the respective parcel service that is delivering your package. We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
When will my order ship?
We pride ourself on transparency and legitimacy. Estimated shipping times will be listed in the product description for each product. Please allow allocated time for order processing.
Do we offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, Intricate Measures does not offer international shipping at this time.
What size should you get?
All of our pieces are intricately made — intended to have the perfect fit. Each product includes a detailed size guide along with model size references to help you find your perfect fit. If you are stuck between sizes, we recommend the following general rule of thumb:
- Order true to size for a fit as described in the products description.
- Size up for an oversized baggier fit.
Care Instructions:
To preserve the quality, fit, and longevity of your piece, We recommend the following care instructions:
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Wash inside out to protect design(s)
- Do not bleach
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Steaming is recommended but not required
- Do not iron directly over graphics
